These terms govern your use of the Apex app and website, operated by Apex Studios. By creating an account or using Apex, you agree to them.

The service

Apex provides structured Hyrox training plans, guidance and tools — the counting-down plan, target splits, station coaching and continuous re-planning.

Cost

Apex is provided free of charge. There is no subscription, no in-app purchase and no payment details are collected. If this changes in future, these terms will be updated before any charges apply and you will be asked to agree to them first.

Health disclaimer

Apex provides general training information, not medical advice. Exercise carries inherent risk. Consult a qualified professional before starting a new training programme, and stop if you feel unwell or injured. You train at your own risk.

Acceptable use

Use Apex for your own personal training. Don't misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or copy its content for redistribution.

Intellectual property

Apex, its content and its brand are owned by Apex Studios. Apex is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by HYROX; "HYROX" is a trademark of its respective owner and event data links back to the official source.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Apex is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
