Take 10 minutes off your time

For returners: the three places minutes actually hide, in order.

You've done a Hyrox and now you want a number. Ten minutes off a first-time finish is very achievable in one block — but not by training harder randomly. It comes from three specific places.

1. The runs. For most people who've raced once, the runs bled the most time. Building run volume and compromised-running fitness is where the minutes hide. 2. Transitions and pacing. Count the seconds you stood still last race — it adds up to minutes. 3. Your two worst stations. Everyone has them; targeted work turns a survival slog into a steady effort.

The Apex improver plan front-loads intensity and simulations, sets pace targets off your last race, and biases volume toward your weak stations. Ten minutes isn't a fantasy — it's an engineering problem.

Turn this into a plan

Apex builds the counting-down plan that puts this into practice — with target splits and every station coached. Free for 7 days.
