Singles, Doubles or Relay?
Which Hyrox format to pick for your first race — and how training differs.
Singles: you do the whole thing solo — the classic Hyrox and the most complete test. Doubles: share the race with a partner; you both run every kilometre but split the station work — social, lower load, a great first-timer option. Relay: a team of four, lowest individual load and the most fun.
Our take for a first race: if you can train consistently for 12 weeks, do Singles — the sense of accomplishment is unmatched.
